# WHISK Creators Terms

These terms cover the WHISK Creators program, run by WHISK MATCHA HOUSE TRADING - L.L.C. - S.P.C. ("WHISK", "we", "us"). By applying, you agree to them.

## 1. Joining

- You are 18 or older and have an active social media account.
- Creators can join from anywhere. Right now, WHISK delivers within the UAE only, so your followers can order only if they're in the UAE. We'll let you know when we ship to more countries.
- We review every application and approve at our discretion. We may decline without giving a reason.

## 2. Your code

- Your code is personal to you. Your followers get a discount with it, set by us.
- One code per order. It doesn't combine with other codes unless we say so.
- Don't post your code on coupon, deal or cashback sites, or in browser extensions.
- Don't bid on WHISK, our product names or your code in paid search.
- Orders you place yourself don't earn commission.

## 3. Earnings

- Your commission rate is in your approval email. We may change it for future orders, with notice by email.
- Commission is calculated on the order value after discounts, excluding delivery and taxes.
- Commission is earned once the order is paid and delivered.
- Refunded or cancelled orders earn no commission. If an order is refunded after we've paid you for it, we deduct that commission from your next payout.
- Your dashboard shows your orders and earnings.

## 4. Payouts

- We pay monthly for orders delivered in the previous month, by PayPal or bank transfer, using the details in your dashboard.
- You're responsible for any taxes and fees in your country.

## 5. Gifts

- Your welcome tin and any other product we send are gifts, given at our discretion.
- Say you received it when you post about it.

## 6. How you post

- Your words, your schedule.
- Label every post that features WHISK as an ad, gifted or paid partnership, clearly and in the same language as the post. Use the platform's paid partnership tool where it exists.
- Follow your platform's rules and the advertising laws where you're based, including any advertiser permit or licence they require. This is your responsibility.
- If you're based in the UAE and hold a National Media Authority advertiser permit, add its number in your dashboard.
- Talk about taste, craft and ritual. No health, medical or functional claims (energy, focus, calm, detox or similar). Nothing misleading.
- Don't disparage other brands or people.
- Don't present yourself as WHISK, or run accounts that look official.
- If you have a concern about WHISK, raise it with us privately first.

## 7. Lookalike brands

- You can work with other food and drink brands. There's no exclusivity.
- While you're in the program, don't promote brands that copy WHISK's name, tins, labels or look in a way that could confuse customers.

## 8. Your content

- You own what you make.
- You allow us to repost and share it, with credit, on our own channels and website. Ask us and we'll remove a repost.
- We use your content in paid ads only with your separate written consent.

## 9. Our name

Use the WHISK name, logo and images only as we provide them, and don't change them.

## 10. Keeping it private

Keep our private messages and any unreleased product information confidential.

## 11. Independence

You're an independent creator, not our employee, agent or partner.

## 12. Ending

- Either of us can end your participation at any time by email.
- We may deactivate your code at once if these terms are broken.
- Commission you earned before the end is paid, unless the end was for fraud or a serious breach.

## 14. Changes

We'll email you about important changes. The date at the top shows the current version. Staying in the program after a change means you accept it.

## 15. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
