# Creator Privacy Notice

This notice adds to our [Privacy Policy](/privacy). It explains how WHISK MATCHA HOUSE TRADING - L.L.C. - S.P.C. uses personal data from people who apply to or join the WHISK Creators program.

## What we collect

- Application: name, email, phone (optional), country, social media handles, and anything you tell us in your application.
- Public profile: what's publicly visible on your social accounts, such as follower count and posts about WHISK.
- Once approved: delivery address for gifts, payout details (PayPal email or bank details), your code, the orders placed with it, commission and payouts. Advertiser permit number, if you choose to add it.
- Messages: what you send us by email, WhatsApp or direct message.

## Why we use it

- To review your application.
- To send gifts, run your code and dashboard, and pay you.
- To check posts follow the Creator Terms and to prevent fraud.
- To keep the payment and tax records the law requires.
- To send you program updates. Marketing emails only if you opt in.

## Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share only what's needed with:

- GoAffPro: runs the program, your dashboard and code tracking.
- Shopify: our store, where your code is used.
- PayPal or our bank: to pay you.
- Email and messaging providers: to talk to you.
- Our delivery partner: to deliver gifts.
- Authorities: if the law requires it.

Some providers store data outside the UAE. We only use providers that protect data to the standard UAE law requires.

## How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as we need it to review your application or run the program, and as long as UAE law requires (for example, payment and tax records). After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

## Your rights

You have the same rights as in our [Privacy Policy](/privacy): to see, correct, delete, restrict or object, get a copy, and withdraw consent. Email [support@whisk.ae](mailto:support@whisk.ae). Deleting your data doesn't remove your own posts, or records we must keep by law. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.
